Hairy Lemon Charity Quiz raises 2190 euros for St George Charity’s Christmas Gift Appeal

Sotogrande Port’s Hairy Lemon saw a full house for the annual Charity Pub Quiz in aid of the St George Charity’s Christmas Gift Appeal which provides gift bags for around 500 underprivileged kids in Manilva, Casares, and Estepona at Christmas.

The quiz, organised and presented by Jojo France was a lively affair and was punctuated with the popular Irish Bingo.

The quiz was won by the team of Sarah & Chris Marshall, Sarah Nicholls and Tony Pates, with Sara Lilly winning the Irish Bingo. The real winners on the night though were those children that will not go without a gift this Christmas thanks to the generosity of those who gave freely of their time and money.
